CLP is governed and run largely by its Partners. The firm believes in collective decision making while retaining the independence that the profession promises. Internally, a Managing Partner is selected from amongst the partners periodically to take care of administrative and day-to-day running of the firm. On the other hand, cases and clients are dealt with in accordance with the core constitution of CLP. Every matter is initially assessed by one or more consulting lawyers and then allocated to one or more of the lawyers of the firm based on the initial assessment one of whom takes lead and acts as the coordinator for that particular case/matter or assignment. If needed the entire team will work on any particular task if and when required with no reservations.
